Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and custom AI systems

- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve prompt effectiveness
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt solutions into customer-facing AI features
- Document prompt libraries and create reusable templates for different use cases
- Stay current with emerging AI model capabilities and prompt engineering techniques
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Expertise in designing prompts for production-level LLM applications
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Proven track record of improving AI model performance through prompt optimization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
