Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead API and performance testing initiatives with Postman/JMeter
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define test strategies and sprint cycles
- Execute manual and regression testing for complex web/mobile applications
- Document test cases, defects, and QA processes in JIRA/Confluence
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze test metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize testing efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in JavaScript/Python for test script development
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker)
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven track record in testing scalable enterprise applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
