Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex prompt chains for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, and Llama.
- Analyze and evaluate model outputs to ensure accuracy, safety, and alignment with business objectives.
- Iterate on prompt strategies to optimize response quality and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI research to apply best practices.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role involving Natural Language Processing (NLP) or AI development.
- Proven experience working directly with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Strong command of English grammar and syntax, with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Python and API integration is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
