Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using advanced troubleshooting tools
- Implement security protocols (VPNs, firewalls, access controls)
- Document network infrastructure changes and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/PRTG
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Proven ability to document technical procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
