Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and test prompts for large language models to achieve specific business objectives

- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Stay current with AI advancements and emerging prompt techniques
- Mentor junior team members on prompt design principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused roles
- Expertise in designing prompts for GPT, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Proficiency in Python and prompt optimization frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex outputs
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with AI model evaluation and A/B testing methodologies
