As the Generative AI landscape evolves, we need a master of language who can craft precise, effective instructions for Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive our next generation of products.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of linguistics and computer science, fine-tuning models to produce human-like text, code, and creative content with high fidelity.
Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design, test, and iterate on complex prompt chains and structured prompt templates to maximize the accuracy and creativity of LLM outputs.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous evaluation metrics and benchmarks to assess the performance of different AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) for specific use cases.
- Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate prompt engineering workflows directly into production APIs and applications.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, system instructions, and best practices to onboard new team members and maintain consistency.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI to propose innovative solutions for client challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, data analysis, or software development with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face) and API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Language: Exceptional command of the English language, including nuance, tone, and structure.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable steps for an AI model.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
