- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and output analysis to measure prompt effectiveness and iterate based on results.
- Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries and style guides for internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to integrate AI features seamlessly into our software solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, NLP, or a related AI field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience interacting with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
