Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompt strategies for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA)
- Develop AI interaction frameworks for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create documentation and training materials for internal AI tooling
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior
- Lead cross-functional workshops on prompt engineering best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI interaction design
