Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to refine prompt strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to translate business requirements into effective AI workflows.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable prompt templates for various use cases, including customer support, content generation, and coding assistance.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to identify emerging trends in prompt engineering and NLP.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the company's knowledge base regarding AI safety and ethical usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, SEO, or a related field, with a specific focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Proven experience crafting high-performance prompts for large language models.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and model architectures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug and iterate on complex prompt chains.
- Fluency in Python or other scripting languages is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
