Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Develop and maintain test documentation and QA metrics dashboards
- Mentor junior QA testers and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SQL database testing and data validation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
