- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative fine-tuning to maximize model utility.
- Analyze user feedback and model hallucinations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business goals into technical prompt strategies.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or technical writing.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and prompt engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and nuance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
