Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated prompt engineering strategies for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Conduct iterative prompt optimization through A/B testing and performance analytics
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and best practice documentation
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering
- Research and integrate emerging prompt techniques from academic and industry sources
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot prompt-related issues
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and toolkits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and prompt development frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating prompt effectiveness and bias
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control for prompt management
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
