Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person requests
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with network diagnostics, VPN setup, and security protocols
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical issues
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and system deployments
- Complete vendor certification training tracks (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and network fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various office environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
