Responsibilities

- Create evaluation metrics for prompt performance across diverse industry use cases
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production systems
- Document prompt libraries and best practices using our proprietary knowledge management tools
- Mentor junior engineers on advanced prompt engineering techniques

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with production LLMs
