Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications using industry-standard tools
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects with detailed bug reports in JIRA
- Collaborate with development teams during sprint cycles to validate fixes
- Conduct regression testing for feature updates and security patches
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) as QA representative
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and test environment integrity
- Perform cross-browser/device compatibility testing and usability assessments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of software QA/testing experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in test case creation using tools like TestRail or Zephyr
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman/Insomnia)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written communication for documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
