Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement complex prompt engineering frameworks that optimize model performance for specific business use cases.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous A/B testing protocols to measure the accuracy, safety, and creativity of AI outputs.
- Iterative Improvement: Continuously refine prompts based on user feedback and model behavior to drive higher engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to integrate AI features seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or content strategy, with specific focus on LLM interaction.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Writing: Exceptional command of language, with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive instructions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field.
- Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a passion for AI ethics and safety.
