Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform regression, usability, and compatibility testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality reports
- Maintain and improve QA processes using industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and bug tracking tools
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience testing e-commerce or SaaS applications
