Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects efficiently.
- Perform automated and manual testing across various platforms (Web, Mobile, API).
- Execute regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Analyze application logs and database records to diagnose root causes of failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and querying.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
