Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Lead API testing initiatives with Postman and RestAssured
- Create comprehensive test plans covering regression, performance, and security testing
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with testing workflows
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion testing best practices
- Execute exploratory testing on complex cloud-native applications
- Analyze test metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expert proficiency in Java/Python and testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in ISTQB or similar preferred
- Experience testing high-volume transactional systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
