Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for production-grade AI systems
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering into model training pipelines
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise-wide AI applications
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Lead workshops to train stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices
- Research emerging LLM capabilities to innovate prompt strategies
- Monitor AI output quality and iterate prompt designs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD for AI systems
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating model performance metrics
- Certification in AI/ML or prompt engineering preferred
