Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for GPT-3.5/4, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to linguistic nuance
