- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt engineering methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production AI systems
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize prompt outputs
- Research emerging prompt engineering techniques and industry trends
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt development protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model optimization
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, and other LLM architectures
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks like LangChain
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating AI output quality and bias
- Experience with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
