Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-scale language models
- Develop systematic prompt engineering frameworks to maximize model accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize conversational flows and user engagement
- Document and maintain a comprehensive prompt library with version-controlled best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompt design
- Develop training materials to empower internal teams in prompt engineering methodologies
- Monitor emerging AI capabilities and integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI interaction design
- Proven expertise with LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, or open-source alternatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex model behavior patterns
- Experience developing prompt frameworks for enterprise applications or customer-facing AI
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable prompt strategies
