Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects in JIRA or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define comprehensive test scenarios.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes did not break existing features.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with SQL for database querying and data validation.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
