Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for production LLM applications
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version-controlled templates for enterprise use cases
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and consistency
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts into MLOps pipelines
- Analyze output patterns to identify optimization opportunities and reduce hallucination rates
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven portfolio of successful prompt implementations with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs using techniques like RLHF and chain-of-thought prompting
