Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software functionality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing on new builds to ensure existing functionality remains intact.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to verify software behavior against user requirements and specifications.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and user satisfaction.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing, with a strong understanding of software testing lifecycles.
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, or Cypress is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and JIRA for bug tracking and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
