Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models to achieve specific business outcomes
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for diverse AI applications including customer service automation and content generation
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to align prompt strategies with technical requirements
- Document best practices and create reusable prompt libraries for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing to refine prompt effectiveness and measure performance metrics
- Train internal teams and clients on advanced prompt techniques and AI interaction principles
- Stay current with emerging AI model capabilities and industry benchmarking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model interaction
- Proven track record of designing prompts for production-level AI systems
- Expert understanding of transformer architectures (GPT, BERT, etc.) and their limitations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization
