The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer to join our growing team. You will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, responsible for crafting the language that drives our Large Language Models (LLMs). Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine advanced prompts for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to achieve optimal performance and accuracy.
- Analyze user interactions and feedback to iteratively improve prompt structures, tone, and style.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering into broader AI workflows and API calls.
- Implement and maintain prompt libraries and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to maximize user engagement, conversion rates, and satisfaction.
- Establish guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are ethical, unbiased, and compliant with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/LLMs.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models, their capabilities, limitations, and current best practices in prompt engineering.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and stylistic nuances.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and a demonstrated ability to think critically about how machines interpret language.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
