- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompting techniques
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Lead prompt engineering workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging AI research and prompt engineering best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, or other LLM architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks
- Deep understanding of transformer models and attention mechanisms
