Responsibilities
- Cloud Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Infrastructure as Code: Leverage Terraform or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure provisioning.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize costs using AWS/Azure Cost Explorer.
- Security Compliance: Enforce security best practices, manage IAM policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Collaboration: Partner with software development teams to integrate cloud solutions seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Platforms: Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Scripting: Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Containers: Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Networking: Solid knowledge of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, load balancers, and DNS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
