Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and other large language models
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations to maximize output quality
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production systems
- Research emerging AI techniques and contribute to our innovation roadmap
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices and implementation strategies
- Monitor model outputs and iterate based on user feedback and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model development
- Expertise in Python and prompt optimization frameworks
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities
