Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware/software including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and ensure network compliance
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT incidents
- Perform network upgrades and system patches
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and VMware technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
