Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt strategies for LLMs in healthcare diagnostics and financial analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI training datasets and evaluation frameworks
- Analyze model outputs to identify improvement opportunities and refine prompt architectures
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and create best practice guidelines for the organization
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and contribute to open-source prompt engineering communities
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model development
- Proven track record of optimizing LLM performance for production applications
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, OpenAI API)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex model outputs
