Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine sophisticated prompt architectures for enterprise-scale LLM applications
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative optimization of prompt strategies across diverse use cases
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt engineering with model capabilities and business objectives
- Create comprehensive documentation and best practices for prompt design and evaluation
- Analyze user interaction data to identify opportunities for prompt enhancement
- Lead prompt engineering workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven track record of shipping production-level LLM applications
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Deep understanding of transformer architecture and attention mechanisms
- Exceptional written communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with prompt optimization tools (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach to technical challenges
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
