Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Create data visualizations and executive summaries that translate insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and KPIs
- Optimize data collection processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, concise recommendations
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience in retail or e-commerce analytics a plus
