Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompt architectures for LLM applications across multiple domains
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative refinement of prompt strategies using quantitative metrics
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors and alignment objectives
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and best practices
- Lead workshops on prompt engineering principles for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or applied NLP roles
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, and other enterprise LLM APIs
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
