Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Conduct iterative prompt testing and performance analysis using quantitative metrics

- Document prompt libraries and best practices for enterprise-wide adoption
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering methodologies and tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP role
- Expertise with GPT-3/4, Claude, or comparable LLM platforms
- Proficiency in Python and prompt automation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with A/B testing experience
- Understanding of transformer architecture and attention mechanisms
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects
