Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including laptops, printers, and network devices
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection initiatives
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and training programs
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various environments
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
