- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering
- Create and maintain prompt engineering best practices and guidelines
- Analyze user interaction data to identify improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP system development
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLM platforms
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex AI behaviors
- Experience with prompt optimization and bias mitigation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
