Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Develop prompt libraries with version control and A/B testing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompts into production systems
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and create training materials
- Conduct adversarial testing to identify prompt vulnerabilities
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience developing production-level prompt systems
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
