Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine advanced prompt engineering strategies for enterprise-scale LLM applications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries with version control and performance tracking
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and optimize output quality
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize accuracy and relevance
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and implementation techniques
- Monitor emerging AI trends and integrate new methodologies into development workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, and other major LLM architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex AI outputs
- Certification in AI/ML or prompt engineering (e.g., OpenAI, Coursera)
- Experience working in agile development environments
