Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test advanced prompt strategies for enterprise-grade AI systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align prompt engineering with business objectives
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize prompt effectiveness
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Stay current with LLM advancements and emerging prompt engineering techniques
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and implementation
- Monitor system performance and iterate on prompt solutions based on user feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI fields
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, or other major LLM platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
