Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for production-scale AI systems
- Develop proprietary prompt engineering frameworks for multi-modal AI applications
- Collaborate with ML researchers to align prompt strategies with model capabilities
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt performance and user experience impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate prompt engineering into development workflows
- Stay current with emerging LLM techniques and industry prompt engineering standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI system design
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, or equivalent large language model ecosystems
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in AI frameworks
- Proven track record of shipping AI products with measurable user impact
- Deep understanding of NLP principles and transformer architectures
- Experience with prompt optimization techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering implementations
