Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise-scale LLM applications
- Develop conversational flows and response systems using GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary models
- Create evaluation metrics to assess prompt efficacy and model performance
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for cross-functional teams
- Lead workshops to train stakeholders on prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP role with production AI deployments
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and enterprise LLM ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt architecture projects
- Strong Python skills with experience in LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt strategies
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis for prompt optimization
- Master's degree in CS, Linguistics, or related field preferred
