Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for LLMs and generative AI systems
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries with version control and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product roadmaps
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to refine prompt effectiveness
- Document technical specifications and best practices for prompt engineering
- Stay current with emerging AI research and implement industry-leading techniques
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies and ethical AI principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
- Proven track record of optimizing AI systems for business-critical applications
- Expertise in Python and prompt frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities
