Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for GPT-4, Claude, and custom LLMs
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt lifecycle management
- Lead workshops on prompt engineering techniques for cross-functional teams
- Contribute to R&D for next-generation AI-human interaction paradigms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI research roles
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ production-level prompt systems
- Expertise in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Haystack)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Certification in AWS/Azure AI services preferred
