Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark tools
- Implement and maintain VPN solutions for remote access
- Document network topology and configuration changes
- Collaborate with security team on network hardening initiatives
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages
- Lead network upgrade projects and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- Proficiency in Windows Server Active Directory and DNS
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA Security+ certification a plus
