Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring they are prioritized and resolved efficiently.
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Perform API testing using Postman to verify backend functionality and data integrity.
- Conduct manual and exploratory testing to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.
- Maintain documentation of testing processes, test results, and quality metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance (Manual and Automation).
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- ISTQB certification is a plus but not required.
