Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and present design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data through heatmaps and session recordings to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design decisions to executive leadership with clear rationale and business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture
- Experience working in Agile development environments with Jira and Confluence
- Certification in UX Design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation) preferred
