Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve critical outages within SLA requirements
- Implement security protocols (NAC, VPN, IDS/IPS) to protect against cyber threats
- Document network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize on-premises and AWS/Azure environments
- Lead network upgrade projects and capacity planning initiatives
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience with Cisco/Juniper certification (CCNP/JNCIP)
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN architectures
- Proficiency in network automation tools (Ansible, Python) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in network security (Fortinet, Palo Alto) and compliance frameworks
- Experience with SD-WAN implementation and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required
